Cody Lee PIano Blues, Jazz Jive Swing and Rock N Roll

Matt has been swinging his Sax since he was 9 years old. With Jazz in his heart from an early age he was always on the stage performing, he has performed on stages from Lords Cricket Ground to the Montreux Jazz Festival.

Matt is renowned for making the audience come alive with his unique energy. He looks to study Jazz at a Music Conservatoire but for now is taking a gap year.

He teaches music at a Prep School whilst teaching pupils and going round the country with The Retro Boys.

It has been a long dream for Matt to have a band he can play in, and he is excited to see where the journey takes the band. Matt has worked with many other jive and swing bands.

Dan has been playing the Bass Guitar from the age of 9 and the Double Bass from the age of 11, completing Grade 8 on both. Dan started with classical studies on the double bass but had always had a secret crush for jazz and focused his studies on it when joining Junior Trinity College of Music. His main love is jazz followed secondly by jive and swing

Dan continues to study to work towards a Diploma. Dan has met and played with many great musicians such as Dave Holland, Pee Wee Ellis and had classes from Yuri Golobev and Teppo Hauto-Aho. Dan also finished in the top ten of the BBC Young Jazz Musician Of The Year 2014.

Dan has played at venues from Ronnie Scotts to the Royal Festival Hall.Dan has worked with many other jive and swing bands

jive swing music Max has played Ronnie Scott's to the London Jazz Festival since playing drums from the age of 13.

As well as playing drums Max is into his sound recording and mixing and produces the Retro Boys Music. Max has worked with many other jive and swing bands

He is off to the Royal Welsh College of Music to study jazz percussion but will still be trekking around to jump and jive all night long with The Retro Boys!

Cody first started rocking the piano keys at the age of 8, he now performs all over Europe playing, Blues, Jazz, Rock'n Roll and Jive & Swing as the lead singer and pianist of The Retro Boys.

Cody rocks the audience with his eccentric performance style. He has played at the Derry Jazz Festival and toured Belgium with The Jive Aces, he has also played at the Royal Festival Hall on several occasions, the Barbican, the 100 club as well as many other places around the UK.

Cody studies at Jazz at Junior Trinity College of Music where he united the talents of his fellow band members.Cody has worked with many other jive and swing bands
